My life has always been a cluster of chaos a mixture of controlled well planned thoughts tossed into a blender and given a good mix with random spur of the moment ideas. Sometimes it works out and sometimes I end up either sitting in a jail cell or taking a wrong turn in a backwoods town and having an adventure on a goat path in the middle of nowhere.
One of the hobbies I love the most is traveling. Although I know it's not possible, I want to see everything there is to see before I die an old train tunnel, an abandoned culvert, a TNT bunker rumored to have been the home to some cryptid creature in Point Pleasant West Virginia. I'll go anywhere and pretty much do anything just for the experience and ability to say I've been there and done that.
Over the years my travels have taken me to almost every local area attraction as well as across the country in search of those locations I learned about in history class. I've stood on the edge of the Grand Canyon, walked the ruins at Mesa Verde, taken a shot and had a great steak in Dodge City Kansas, enjoyed a riverboat cruise in Savannah Georgia, visited the silver mine that started Tombstone Arizona, was in four states at once at Four Corners, put my toes in the sand at several beaches, and walked the decks of the U.S.S. Cairo (union ironclad), U.S.S. North Carolina (battleship), U.S.S. Laffey (destroyer), U.S.S. Yorktown (aircraft carrier), U.S.S. Barry (destroyer), and U.S.S. Clamagore (submarine). I even spent part of my honeymoon showing off the historic town of Harper's Ferry West Virginia to the love of my life.
I never really know where I'll end up next or what I'll be doing in the future but, it's safe to say that it will be an interesting journey into the unknown.
