Bubba Bob is a character created and portrayed by David E. Stemple Jr. He's an overweight redneck who would rather do things the fun way from driving over the computer that ticked him off to shooting his 6 shot Ruger Blackhawk at flaming cans of spray paint.
"He's a fun character to do because he really doesn't care what people think or how they react. I mean he could walk into downtown in his dirty skid marked underwear waving at people in the local parade and it just wouldn't phase him."
