Progress is underway

So far site development is coming along nicely as I continue to work on the site during most of my spare time in between work and family. Several new sections are up and running and more are being added on a daily basis as I focus on making the site bigger, better, and more complete.

This is my first site without designing the HTML code myself which allows me to have less of a headache and a much easier time when implementing otherwise code heavy aspects incorporated in it's construction. This morning I added a local section to the menu which will feature local food, lodging, and shopping locations in Tucker County.

As the site continues to grow I'm hoping to fully encompass our area and provide knowledge to both locals as well as visitors on historical events, local businesses, recreational areas, and daily life in our small part of West Virginia.

My plans for this site are rather ambitious and will require a good bit of time, money, and effort to accomplish along with the support of local businesses and residents who I'm relying on to pass on information and suggestions to me via the contact page and site forums.

I'm going to do my best to develop the site and make it what I envision it to be and I'm asking everyone to do their part by visiting, sharing, and interacting with the site anytime you find something interesting located here.

This site will act as the new online home for Tucker County Connection and will work side by side with the Facebook page sharing information as it's given to me by local governments, businesses, and individuals.

Thanks for your support.
